Phebe Edwards of North London, England, has been known to continuously ‘wow’ the ears of her wide ranged listeners and supporters, with her gospel trained, and versatile strong soprano vocals.

Phebe has been singing and writing songs from an early age and is a classically trained pianist, playing since the age of 5.

Using her skills to enrich her ear for music and vocal ability she soon veered to wanting to do more of that which fulfilled her passion.

Her fathers gospel music influence has had an impact on Phebe’s talent, and he instilled in her the importance of singing with elucidation, soul and essence.

Phebe’s musical taste grew, and she soon developed a love for other genres including, pop, rock, soul, jazz, funk and house music.

In 2002 Phebe became the winner of the youth competition for the borough of Haringey’s Peace Alliance and to date she has sang backing vocals, and has done both television and Studio work for the likes of: Adele, James Brown, Jessie J, Rod Steward, Lemar, Primal Scream, Donna Summer, Gabrielle, Pitingo Souleria, Anastasia, Westlife, Olly Murs, Mica Paris, Susan Boyle, Hot House flowers, Macey Gray, JLS, Terri Walker, Alexandra Burke, Ronan Keating, Leona Lewis, ITV, TRL, BBC, and she continues to sing for and with groups across the UK.

Phebe has sung at venues world wide and taken part in musical theatre productions such as Cry Of Innocence at the Greenwich Theatre.

Phebe had the pleasure of singing a solo both with and for the Soul legend James Brown at the BBC Electric proms in October 2006.

She has been touring as the only backing vocalist for Xfactor winner Shayne Ward, and from 2011 to December 2014 she has toured with the multi-award winning Jessie J.

In 2015 to date Phebe continues doing backing vocals for Rita Ora and Leona Lewis.

This year Phebe was the support artist for Gabrielle ‘s UK tour and received viral accolade for her renditions of her acoustic version of her latest single ‘Inside of you’ and Cher’s global hit, Believe.

Phebe is also currently working on her EP due for release early 2017,
